How does online personal training work?
Personal training, fully customised, delivered through an app called HubFit. I design your programme around your schedule, experience, and goals. You get your workouts, coaching cues, video demos, weekly check-ins, nutrition targets, recipes, and direct access to me, all from your phone or laptop. Same support as in-person, far more flexible.
How do you tailor coaching to corporate professionals?
Time is the biggest barrier for most of my clients. Every programme I write is built around the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had. Efficient sessions, evidence-based programming, and nothing in your plan that is not earning its place.
Why don't you offer face-to-face PT?
In-person training ties you to my schedule, my location, and a much higher price tag. Online coaching gives you everything you need: structure, support, and accountability, without any of those constraints. You train when and where it works for you.
Who is this for?
People with full lives and unpredictable schedules. Whether you are starting from scratch or want to train smarter, I will build a programme around your real life, not an idealised version of it.
What if I don't have much gym experience?
That is fine. Most of my clients started there. Every exercise comes with clear instructions and video demos, and you have direct access to me whenever you need it. We build your confidence alongside your fitness.
How do you track progress?
You log your sessions in HubFit, I review them, and we go through everything in your weekly check-in. Every programme is built with measurable progression. You will always know where you are and what you are working towards.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have access to. Whether you train at a gym, at home, or a mix of both, I will build your programme around the equipment available to you. No specific setup required.
